Parade Car Park

Essential work is being under taken by South West Water adjacent to the Parade Car Park starting this Monday 12th March 2018.

The works will be carried out under traffic light control, but should remain open to traffic as normal.

There is a possibility, at times, the entrance to the car park may be blocked and due to that fact, the car park will have to be closed to vehicular traffic.

Parish Council Office Closures

We are having to close the Parish Council office at Seacott, Cross Street this Friday and next (9th and 16th March 2018), apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

27th Jan 2018 – New Year Fresh Start Fair

Saturday 27th January 2018 there will be a collection of groups from Combe Martin in the Village Hall to showcase what they do in the village.

If you have ever wondered what goes on in Combe Martin then feel free to come along. At last count there were 20 tables booked out to different groups.

Peter James the Parish Council Chairman will be there and so will other councillors. If you have ever wondered what is involved with the running of the Combe Martin Parish Council or how much time the councillors give up to help out then feel free to ask any questions, we will be more than willing to answer them.

6th Feb 2018 – Official Switch-On of Landing Lights

The newly installed Air Ambulance landing lights at Hollands Park are now up and running.

A massive thank you to Doug Seymour for organising the fund raising and another massive thank you to all the parishioners that were able to donate towards them, they will be a huge help to late night flying to emergencies in this area.

There will be an official “Switch-On” of the lights on Tuesday 6th February 2018 at 6pm all are welcome to come and see.
