3. Public Participation Period.
In line with Standing Orders, this item shall not exceed 30 minutes and a member of the public shall not speak for more than three minutes.

9. Planning. North Devon Council, the determining authority has asked for comments
from the Parish Council on applications affecting Combe Martin. At the time of

14. Temporary Housing Sites

To consider if providing allotments would assist residents with the cost-of-living crisis, and to consider how to proceed if this is the case.
16. Car Park resurfacing EMR
To consider and set a % of car park revenue to be automatically allocated to the resurfacing fund earmarked reserve.
17. Approve spending plans
To consider various proposals (detailed on the attached report) for works not previously incorporated into the budget for this year. (Document)

To consider the initial budget for 2023/24 and to agree the likely precept request. (NDC ask for a likely precept requirement before Christmas and then a confirmed figure in January (after our January meeting) so I will be able to present a “final” budget at that meeting.)
