1. Apologies.
To accept any apologies from Councillors.
2. Declarations of Interest.
To receive any declarations of interest (pecuniary or personal) and to note any
dispensations granted by the Clerk.
3. Public Participation Period.
In line with Standing Orders, this item shall not exceed 30 minutes and a member of
the public shall not speak for more than three minutes.
4. Minutes.
To approve and sign the minutes of the Personnel Committee meetings held on
Monday 13th August 2021 and on Monday 4th October 2021.

5. Exclude the Press and Public.
To resolve under section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following items, as
they involve the likely disclosure of confidential information.
6. 2021/2022 Pay rates.
To review the implications for the budget of the recently published pay rates for
2021/2022 and the resulting back pay.
7. Clerk Salary.
To consider moving the Clerk to a salary Spinal Column Point.
8. Standardising Staff Contracts.
To consider bringing aspects (e.g. Holiday year) of all staff contracts in line with the
Council year (April to March).
9. Holiday entitlement.
To review the number of days allowed to be carried over at the end of each year.
10. Staff appraisals.
To review the appraisal process and matters arising from appraisals
