Members of the public are welcome to attend a meeting of Combe Martin Parish Council which will be held on Monday 13th March 2023 at 7pm at the Community Centre for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Prior to the meeting starting officially, there will be a talk from North Devon Biosphere.

To receive any declarations of interest (pecuniary or personal) and to note any dispensations granted by the Clerk.
3. Public Participation Period.
In line with Standing Orders, this item shall not exceed 30 minutes and a member of the public shall not speak for more than three minutes.
4. Minutes.
To approve and sign the minutes for the Parish Council meeting held on

To receive and note a report on actions taken since the last meeting and updates on ongoing projects. Document

7. County and District Councillor Reports.
To receive and note reports from the County and District Councillors on their activities or the activities of their Council, which affect or relate to Combe Martin.

To receive and note the monthly Ilfracombe Neighbourhood Police Newsletter. Document
9. Planning. North Devon Council, the determining authority has asked for comments
from the Parish Council on applications affecting Combe Martin. At the time of
publication that was the following applications, but applications received after
publication may be considered:

To note the following decisions, made by North Devon Council:

To approve the March “Payments to make” list, and to note the monthly “Payments Made”, and “Receipts” reports and the financial Dashboard from February.

a. To accept and adopt the Hollands Park Development Plan Document
b. To proceed with the replacement of the steps onto the beach at the Focscle Inn on the basis that the costs are shared 50/50 with the Inn.
c. To identify a Councillor willing to monitor the public footpaths in the Parish for the Parish Path Partnership scheme and also to review membership of the scheme if no Councillor can be found.

The Annual Parish meeting will be held in the Village Hall at 6pm and the Annual Parish Council meeting will be held after it but not before 7pm, also at the Village Hall.
