Members of the public are welcome to attend a meeting of the Community Centre Committee of Combe Martin Parish Council which will be held on Monday 26th June 2023 at 6pm at the Community Centre for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Agenda
Election of Committee Chairman – To elect a Chairman of the Community Centre Committee for the 2023/24 year.
Apologies – To accept any apologies from Councillors.
Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest and to note any dispensations granted by the Clerk.
Public Participation Period – In line with Standing Orders, this item shall not exceed 30 minutes and a member of the public shall not speak for more than three minutes.
Minutes – To approve and sign the minutes for the Trustee meetings held on Monday 30th May 2022.
Committee introduction – To receive an introduction to the Committee, its’ purpose, and an update on what is happening.
Trust Finances – To receive and accept the financial report to end of year 2022/23.
