Members of the public are welcome to attend a meeting of the Personnel Committee of Combe Martin Parish Council which will be held on Monday 23rd October 2023 at 6pm at the Community Centre for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Agenda
1. Apologies.
To accept any apologies from Councillors.
2. Declarations of Interest.
To receive any declarations of interest (pecuniary or personal) and to note any dispensations granted by the Clerk.
3. Public Participation Period.
In line with Standing Orders, this item shall not exceed 30 minutes and a member of the public shall not speak for more than three minutes.
4. Minutes.
To approve and sign the minutes of the Personnel Committee meetings held on Monday 3rd July 2023. Document.
5. Exclude the Press and Public.
To resolve under section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item, as they involve the likely disclosure of confidential information.
6. Staff appraisals and wages.
To conduct the Clerk’s annual appraisal, to review the staff appraisals and to review salaries for next year.
7. Assets Manager vacancy.
To review and shortlist the applications and to decide how best to proceed.
